Annaleise is a neurodivergent multi-disciplined director and producer who is drawn to stories with imperfect characters and to productions with a strong desire to collaborate and explore. She works in a number of different mediums, including theatre, film/tv, opera, and podcast/radio. She is currently an Associate Producer with The Foxboro Co.

With a focus in musical theatre direction and new works for the stage, Annaleise is no stranger to leading a rehearsal or production meeting. She loves to reexamine the intersection of music and text, while exploring stories about marginalized and complicated characters.

Annaleise has considered herself a writer ever since she learned how to write a full paragraph. Screenplays, pilots, lyrics, short stories, plays— you name it... and she's created expansive and dangerous worlds for her characters to play inside of it.
